Orientation Programme – Day 8 Session II

“Why you are here?? Design thinking” for Freshers by Ar.Mookambika

Creative Confidence: diversity or flexibility in ideas.

Tool: Thirty Circles Exercise

Participants: Solo

Time: 3 minutes, plus discussion

Supplies: Pen and a piece of paper (per person) with 30 blank circles on it of approximately the same size.

A simple exercise to get creative muscles warmed up. It’s called Thirty Circles, and they can do it on their own. The goal is to push the students to test their creativity by turning circles into recognizable objects (which is not so circular)in a very short period of time. We started doing one circle during the session.
